  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 tsp edible glitter (food-grade, silver or blue for effect)
  • Club soda (to top)
  • Lemon twist (for garnish)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add gin, blue curaçao, lemon juice, simple syrup, and edible glitter.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well-chilled and the glitter is evenly distributed.
  4. Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice.
  5. Top with a splash of club soda for a fizzy finish.
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist, twisting it over the glass to release oils.
