I grew up dodging shore traffic, mixing drinks at local spots, and dreaming about something bigger. Every time I'd watch those NYC lights from across the Hudson, I knew that's where I belonged. Not because Jersey wasn't good to me—it was. But because I'm the kind of girl who needs to prove she can make it where it matters most.
The Decision
It hit me one random Tuesday night. I'm behind the bar at this local joint, pouring the same drinks for the same faces, and I thought: "Is this it?"
Don't get me wrong—I love bartending. The rhythm of it, the people, the chaos. But I wanted MORE. I wanted to pour drinks in places where deals get made, where dreams come true, where every night feels like something could happen.
So I packed my bags. Grabbed my favorite leather jacket, my lucky hoop earrings, and enough attitude to fill Manhattan twice over.
